Recruit OnBrand is operated by AI Logic Leap ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use recruitonbrand.com, Posts OnBrand, CV OnBrand or Agency OnBrand, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information about you, our customer. Your name, work email, agency, billing details and how you use the service. We are responsible for this information.
Information you bring to the service. Candidate CVs you upload to CV OnBrand, and the calls, meetings and notes Posts OnBrand reads from your CRM or call recorder. This belongs to you and the people it is about. We process it only on your instructions, as your service provider. You remain responsible for having the right to collect and use it, including any consent needed to record calls where you operate.
We never access your LinkedIn account, and nothing is posted on your behalf.
When you fill in a form on this site we keep what you typed so we can reply. We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics to count visits. We do not run advertising trackers.
Summaries, posts and formatted CVs are produced with third-party AI models accessed under business terms. Under those terms your content is not used to train the provider's models and is not retained by the provider beyond processing. We do not name specific providers in customer-facing material because they can change; you can ask us at any time which providers are in use.
Our infrastructure runs on established cloud providers with facilities in Australia and the United States. Customer account data, de-identified summaries and voice profiles are stored in access-controlled, encrypted repositories. API keys you give us are stored as secrets, never in plain files, and are visible only to the automated service that needs them.
Only the service providers needed to run the product: cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing and AI model providers, each under contract and only for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell personal information and we do not share your conversations, candidates or posts with anyone else. We will disclose information if the law requires it.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Candidates and contacts whose information is in a customer's CVs or conversations should contact that customer first; if you contact us, we will help and pass the request on. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
To make a request or a complaint, email hello@recruitonbrand.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Newsletters we send on a customer's behalf go only to contacts who have opted in, carry the sending recruiter's identity, and include a working unsubscribe honoured within five business days, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will email you before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the current version.
